MilesBuzz! - Checkin times with paper tickets

I'll be flying between SMF and MHT this week on UA paper tickets. Any observations on how much time I should allow at each airport?

FYI, if counter checkin is required (no checked luggage), I can use the 1K line.

umm.. there's really no difference when checking in with paper or electronic tickets... I think that it's much less of a hassle to use paper tickets... you shouldn't spend more than 15 minutes if you use the 1K line...

I am really interested in the time that will be spent in security lines in SMF and MHT.

I mentioned paper tickets just to provide any relevant information.
