While registering for MIDEM, I found this Coupon (http://www.midem.com/images/100456/pdf/midem2006_airfrance.pdf), linked on this freely accessible webpage:

I wonder what they mean with this: "This document mandatory to issue the ticket must be nominative (name-surname) and will be required at any point of the journey to justify the fare ."
On one hand they require an original ("On presentation of the original of this document..."), on the other hand they offer to "Download the official Air France discount form for MIDEM 2006 here." What's the original then?
Up to 45 % seems to be a big discount for exhibition participants.
I admit, the walk-up admission fee for MIDEM is 1050 EUR which would of course offset the advantage, but I wonder if there are any other fairs with such huge discount offers from AF? I thought, airlines are trying to make the most money possible out of exhibitions when people have no other choice than pay fullfare.
Has anyone ever used a discounted ticket like this?
