American Express Membership Rewards - Current Bonuses for Upgrading to Gold or Platinum

Hello everyone,

I have the business green card, and want to upgrade to Gold or Platinum. Are there any current bonuses in terms of MR points or annual fee reductions? Or should I just wait? Thanks in advance.
