Just returned from a stay at the Hilton Dec 31st - Jan 3. The pool was open and heated. There were a few people swimming in it on Dec 31st.

The Westin (http://www.starwoodhotels.com/westin/search/hotel_detail.html?propertyID=1448) also has a heated outdoor pool that is open during the winter.
