Could you say what you know about this? And is it 2cv or 2vc?

I was told it is 2CV.
Initially 15,000 miles from AE upon first use, and additional 10,000 miles from Delta. It is a personal Gold. Unfortunately do not know the details of the additional 10,000 miles.
But it is interesting that some of the miles come from the card company and some from the airline.
The Priority forum has a very complete list of all promos. Whay is this not possible with AE?

Friend who is not into Flyertalk said she called AE and asked for their best promo for new AE with airline and first they offered to her 12,000 miles on D and then a supervisor said this is a better one and offered this 2CV.
