Other Middle East and Africa Frequent Flyer Programs - booking LX codeshare on LY metal

Sorry for the cross-posting but since this is specialised I wasn't sure if it would get a better response here or in the LX forum where I put the main query.

Trying to book LX flights LHR-ZRH-[stopover of less than 24hrs]-TLV-ZRH-LHR

where the third leg (TLV-ZRH) is LX flight number on LY metal. I can't book it though as codeshare on any website even though ITA shows and prices the codeshare quite happily (and expertflyer shows availability in the class I want), except by choosing the LY flight numbers, and I think they make the price skyrocket.

Help please!

try an old fashion method, a travel agent might beable to do it but they will charge any where from $25-? as a fee.

Sometimes you can find these on Orbitz, but thats a $5 fee and I dont know if you'll earn any miles if you book with them or what % of the actual miles.

It's possible that the LX codeshare on LY metal applies only to 4 hour connections from LX flights. Why not connect to LX metal (twice daily on the TLV-ZRH route)?
