American Express Membership Rewards - Did you receive you double miles bonus for amex gold promo?

I believe I signed up for double rewards for Amex Gold that runs from September 2005 to November 30, 2005. Has anyone receive their bonus reward?

I too had signed up for this promotion, but have yet to recieve the bonus points.

You'll see from hundreds of previous posts, as well as the terms and conditions for the offer, that these bonuses tend to post 3-4 months after the promo period ends.

"FYF Enrl Sep-Oct'05" posted today (21 December 2005). It is only the bonus for September. I expect October to post around the end of January.
