Asia - Health/Fitness/Weight Loss Spas in Thailand, Bali or Other SE Asia Location

We are looking for a health, fitness, wellness, and weight loss spa in SE Asia. Ideally, the spa would offer a multi week program. I did some research and found Chiva-Som, which looks fantastic. Any other suggestions?

Chiva SOm is GREAT but expensive !! It caters for the full spectrum of services

There are a whole lot of more medical oriented programs at the hosptitals in Bangkok worth a look too
like Bumrungrad and others

Something middle of the road cost wise - in the sense that they aren't trying to sell you an expensive hotel in the process, but rather are focused on health - is Atsumi Healing (http://atsumihealing.com/) on Phuket.

Might just be what you are looking for.
