KLM Flying Dutchman - Privium Personal Assistant

Not directly KLAF/FB related, but given the demise of the AMS forum, this is probably the best choice.

Schiphol has introduced a Privium Personal Assistant service for Privium+ members.

A single phone call will but members in touch with a real live human being, who can provide all sorts of pertinent information :

- check-in desk numbers,
- gate numbers,
- flight delays,
- traffic jams on roads to & from Schiphol,
- public transportation to & from the airport
- public transportation delays,

as well as answer any other relevant questions.

They are probably better at answering the questions that we have put to AF/KLM/FB. :D

Hopefully they provide more than one answer per week. :)
