Other Middle East and Africa Frequent Flyer Programs - Mombasa - Nairobi Help

I'm looking (not for myself) for flights from Mombasa to Nairobi, shortly after the new year. KQ is very much booked out on this list. I understand that there's a number of domestic airlines operating to/from WIL rather than NBO - do any of these have flights to MBA or nearby? Web based information seems sparse and contradictory...

I did find this (http://www.kenyaairports.co.ke/Search.php) site, but the search function doesn't seem to work.

Apart from KQ, this was the only other option that I can find on ATI:
