Previously, I have been able to take advantage of the Ritz Carlton Centurion upgrade program to book a Club Level Room and then get upgraded to a Club Level Suite. However when I tried to book this option at both the RC Naples and Key Biscayne properties I was informed there were no upgrades to a Club Level Suite. When I called Centurion Travel, the representative that I spoke to stated that with the 2006 Program, you could no longer upgrade to a Club Level Suite at any locale and in some locales you can not even upgrade to a Club Level Room.
