Starwood Preferred Guest - PL Amenity Bonus=timing of post

If the PL amenity does not get posted at time of stay posting, does it ever show up later? Or do you have to go get it from customer service?

I usually get them at the same time. I think that they add them to the folio and so when that posts you get the points. Perhaps The Lurker would like to comment?

It depends upon the property. Some hotels do not have an in-house proprietary database that "speaks" to ours, so they have to request them post-stay instead of posting them with the stay. The Aladdin Resort & Casino comes to mind first as an example.

If you don't get them within 7 days after checking out, then I would ask SPG customer service to post them for you manually.
