ok - im in a big dilemma - i have 80,000 delta skymiles, need 100k for the award ticket.
i am supposed to get 50k from delta in the next few weeks but do not know exactly when (i am guessing not before 12/31)
i have 20000 spg points which would transfer to 25000 skymiles.
how long does this take in reality to transfer? i am trying to figure out the timing i need. i would rather not use the spg points because if i do, and then get the 50k credit, i cant transfer them back :(
i must book the award ticket before 12/30.
