I registered for the 500 pts promo for booking online which I thought ended Nov. 18th. Today I went to book another room and noticed this on Starwood website.

Register now and receive triple Starpoints on all stays at Starwood hotels and resorts worldwide from November 28 through December 21, 2005. Plus, you'll also receive 500 bonus Starpoints every time you book online by December 31, 2005! You’ll be on your way to free nights and other great rewards in no time.
This is a two step registration process:
Step 1. Register to receive triple Starpoints on all your stays.
Step 2. When you have finished registering for the triple Starpoints promotion, you will have the opportunity to register for the 500 bonus Starpoints offer. Simply follow the links to confirm your registration."
Does anyone know if this promotion changed? The CSR had no idea? Did they just extend the booking dates or is this a new promo? I thought it was good for booking online for stays until March 31st.
