I had a problem with holiday inn in downtown LA but they refused to give me a refund. i complained to the Interconntinal Group that owns holiday inn about the following: chipped paint on bathtub, broken air conditioner, broken coffee maker and an odor in the room, moved to other room but chips on bath tub also in other room, no microwave even though they told me over the phone that there was a microwave and they lied to me about how far it was from CBS television City.
There reason for refusing to refund me was that the hotel on Garfield St. is no longer part of their chain and they say i waited too long to complain. all of which is pure nonsense.
