As to your comments regarding the food in business class from LHR recently, you are absolutely right.
Done the route in Business and Economy in the past few months and every single time the food has been nothing but disgusting!
I really don't understand what has happened, have they changed the food supplier in London? whatever it is, they better get their act together before they get a name for serving some of the worst food in the business.

They did change the supplier about a year or so ago. However, I understand that they realise there is a really serious problem, which they are trying to rectify.
