Las Vegas - Decent hotel on the strip - Mid February

My wife and her boss are going to a conference, 15-17 Feb 2006, need a decent hotel on the strip.

Any thoughts? Specials? Discount Codes?

President's day week-end is already very booked which raises the prices. The SHOT show is the week-end prior which also fills allot of rooms. Since they are in between these and midweek it may not be too much of a problem.
