Independence Air iClub - Will flights be cut back or completely cut off? What are my chances in late Dec?

I have flights upcoming on the IAD<>BOS flights that I've been doing ever since the day Independence started flying. They've saved me thousands on my monthly (often more) flights to Boston, so both myself and my wallet will be sad to see them go.

What do you think are the chances of my flights for Dec 28 through Jan 2 actually flying? (IAD<>BOS)

Thanks.

I won't comment on their chances but you probably want to pay close attention to the situation.

Luckily both Air Tran and jetBlue will be starting service on IAD-BOS so while you won't get $29 fares with 20% off, you will still be able to get very reasonable fares.

Edited to add:
Looks like I spoke too soon. jetBlue has introductory fares for $25 each way, working out to $70 RT. Maybe the Independence business model is catching on... :D

I think you'll be OK, but you might want to save your Independence Air mint. It could become a collector's item. :(

Thanks. I guess I'll chance it. I'll miss Indy. I just booked a few more United flights in the spring that are still matching Indy's prices...

With just $24 million in unrestricted cash, that will not be easy.

It has parked 28 of its remaining 58 regional jets, and although it is flying all 12 of its A319s, few see Independence surviving.
