Once you have credited miles to one program's account, they're there.
You can use sites like points.com to move miles between accounts, but you suffer significant devaluation (it is never 1:1) and all such transfers are for redeemable miles, not elite qualifying miles, so they will do nothing for making/renewing MVPG status with AS.
