Darren64 Nov 10, 05, 2:41 pm Which hotel has the best spa (massages) etc.? I personally love the spa at Mandalay Bay and have had about five massages there. I have had a 50 minute massage as well as the 25 minute sports massage (which I liked). I think it runs about $30.00 for a non-guest to get into the spa, but it is free if you get the massage. I think my 25 minute massage was $55.00. It also has a nicely equipped gym and all the bottle juice/water and munchies you care to eat drink. Addf to that 2 huge hot tubs, a cold plunge, a warm tub, steam room, dry suana and lots of nice towels/robes and toiletries/ I have not had anything but very professional behavior from each of the massage therapists I have used. Highly recommend. peteropny Nov 10, 05, 9:53 pm Welcome to Flyertalk and our corner - getsaround. I think you might get some better answers from the Las Vegas Forum. I'm going to move it there. peteropny - co-moderator OliverLHfan Nov 11, 05, 3:58 pm I have never been to a spa, but on our last visit in Vegas my wife was very satisfied with the service at the spa at THE HOTEL. For all details you can check their homepage. Greetings from Germany, Oliver bratton Nov 11, 05, 4:02 pm Which hotel has the best spa (massages) etc.? You might consider the Venetian. It is very elegant and a top notch spa. If you are inclined you might first try the climbing wall in the gym. ORD & LAS Nov 12, 05, 11:01 am Which hotel has the best spa (massages) etc.? The top 2 as far as frequently mentioned here in Las Vegas rather be word of mouth, tv ads, and/or Newspapers are Mandalay Bay and Venetian(Canyon Ranch) for properties located on the Strip. Enjoy gwensvilla Nov 12, 05, 12:05 pm I love the Luxor spa - Fab massages and steam wraps - spa only can be free if you book online - massages ran from $45 going off memory - free munchies etc - just feel comfortable there/ Gwen lvnvflyer Nov 12, 05, 3:30 pm The Canyon Ranch Spa at the Venetian is nice, although not as upscale as I expected. It's a little small also. I have been in the spa area at the Wynn, but haven't used it; I would expect that it would be very good. If you want a really exceptionally nice spa, and are willing to drive, the Ritz Carlton at Lake Las Vegas has a terrific spa, with lots of extras....I highly recommend it for massage and other treatments. bruingirl Nov 15, 05, 11:33 pm I have been to the following Vegas spas: Mandalay Bay, Venetian (Canyon Ranch), Monte Carlo, and Caesars Palace. Mandalay Bay is my favorite, but Canyon Ranch is also very nice. When I was at Canyon Ranch, it was incredibly crowded in the waiting area. Monte Carlo and Caesars aren't anything special, but they are a little cheaper than Mandalay and Canyon Ranch. stuartfla Nov 16, 05, 12:16 am I personally love the spa at Mandalay Bay and have had about five massages there. Highly recommend. Agreed. The spa at Mandalay Bay is consistently all around an excellent facility-staff, service, offering, and layout. There are a few others in Vegas that have there edge but you would be hard pressed IMO,to find one as well run and well maintained as MB's. ^ T |
