I have checked all the settings within Outlook Express and they are identical to the computer that is working on the exact same cable. I can connect my other laptop with the exact same OE settings but can't get the other one to connect. I think there may be a general windows/ internet security setting that I don't know about. Any thoughts or suggestions on why I can't get my Outlook Express to run on this laptop. FYI, this is a personal laptop so I don't think it is work security setting that I can't change. Thoughts? Suggestions?
