Other Middle East and Africa Frequent Flyer Programs - GF Lounge Access without GF ticket?

Some airlines allow access to their lounges even without a same day ticket for their super elites. I am flying on KLM soon from BAH and would like to access the wonderful GF lounge pre-flight. I suspect that GF doesn't allow this but I wanted to find out if anyone has any practical experience of this.

I am considering trying to call GF, but that is normally more of a headache than it is worth.
