I know that this is the US Airways forum, so please excuse the CO & AF references. Since US is based at PHL, I figured you guys were the ones to ask!

In early December, I will be connecting from AF to CO at PHL (CDG-PHL-IAH-ELP).

Has anyone tried this in the past, and if so, how difficult is this to accomplish?

I am trying to fit in a Europe trip in-between 2 company trips, and on the return (12/12), PHL has the latest connections to ELP available, but it only gives me 1.5 hours to make it.

BTW: got a great coach fare on AF: BOS-CDG; AMS-CDG-PHL for $490! AF has great fares from the East Coast right now....now negotiating CDG is another matter!!!!

If you are connecting from AF to CO, you want to allow at least 2:30 to 3:00 connection time between flights. You will arrive at the A concourse, and clear customs and immigration there, then have to go through security again and get to the D concourse for CO. It's about a 20 to 30 minute walk alone.

Also, PHL is subject to Murphy's Law--if something can go wrong it will.

Good luck.
