South - Quick Conference in Houston....

With folk flying in from Nashville, St. Louis, Florida, Little Rock, NOL and DAL, I need to schedule a one day conference at a nice hotel convenient to HOU (Hobby), 6 attendees, evening arrival, out to dinner in area, access to decent breakfast, conference room with coffee, juice, sodas.
