KLM Flying Dutchman - KLM survey, anyone?

Hi,

I used to be on an FD mailing list sending me surveys every few month or so (I seem to recall the surveys were executed by NIPO).
However since the switchover to FB I never got such a survey any more.
(And of course I am more than willing to share my feelings on FB with them :D )

Would you send surveys out if your FFP were such as mess :D . They are definitely waiting until things have calmed down a little more, before they resume this (if at all). They should rather get the miles posted for the KL surveys before the merge.
