As much bad publicity about the incompetence that seems to come from overseas agents, I'm surprised it's still a practice. I would have much less objection to the whole concept, but have had multiple bad experiences trying to get basic transactions handled by overseas agents.

Maybe they should do what TWA did about ten years ago and have prisoners answer the reservation lines :D .

I've been so happy the last 4 times I called - I've gotten someone who can understand english. maybe this is a sign of a better us airways to come!
