are members allowed to request for more luggage tags if needed, for free, just like SQ Elites/PPS?

I know they've been good about sending me new cards when, in the past, I changed my mind about crediting miles to BAEC vs. Asia Miles (flip-flop happened about three times :eek: :D, not to mention when I finally decided that I really didn't like the default of having my surname appear first on the card).
Call the worldwide 800 number to ask -- it can't hurt. In any case, the only way you'd want extra luggage tags is if you insist on using them on your checked luggage. All plastic tags issued by airlines tend to be too brittle to withstand the rigors of baggage handling. ;)
