Cathay Pacific Asia Miles - About MCP..

i juz registered as a MPC online today, and i m not an asia miles members before, therefore i was not given any membership number even after everything has done.
No payment receipt is e-mailed to my e-mail account, was my transaction fail or wat?

Hope someone can help me out of my puzzle!
