Newsstand - Scary audio of dis-oriented pilot

I hope this belongs in this forum, but I couldn't think of the correct one.

I found this audio link of a dis-oriented pilot. It is troubling to listen to it.

That's a private pilot without an instrument rating who flew into instruments conditions.

I'm not so sure this is the right forum for these recordings as they have a political twist to them. Maybe OMNI where, seemingly, almost anything goes. ;)
