Having flown with them in the past, the one good thing I can say about Sri Lankan Airlines is that if you are late for your flight, you may not have missed it because of the fact that they fly late so often. This happened to me on one occasion. Unfortunately they are very poor at providing flights when their planes break down, and I have spent 8 hours in an airport lounge on the other occasion I flew with them. |
