Have been trying to access the GP website all day - no luck! Also their phone # keeps on going onto a busy sign, after a prolonged silence.

I'm having the same trouble and chosing to attribute it to Hurricane Wilma.

This company seems to be a lightning rod for weather-related office closures. I recall at least a half dozen different events since the mileage run. I'm a little nervous, as my tickets for a trip next week haven't arrived yet...
