Hilton HHonors - Any Chance to Use Health Facilities at CDG or DUB

I'll be flying to central England in two weeks, and my routing options are through either Paris or Dublin. I would desperately love to use shower facilities at one of these Hilton airport locations. Just wondering if either property has health club facilities that I could access. I am a Diamond, if that helps. And I'll have a two-hour layover. I assume that's sufficient time.
