Just found out that Kester Yim is no longer with CX and that he has been replaced by Susanna Lee.

I have an issue that Kester has solved for me in minutes in the past. Now I have to try with Susanna. I used the same e-mail format for Susanna (xxxx) as I did for Kester but it is rejected.

Does anyone here have a better e-mail or am I spelling her name wrong? Any advice appreciated.

My advice would be not to publish the email addresses of CX Managers in a public forum.

I edited out the e-mail format at Christep's suggestion.

Still if anyone has an idea how to contact the replacement - I would appreciate it, whether in the forum or PM.

In this week's mail pouch from North America I received my CX renewal card for 2006 with a letter from Miss (maybe wrong to assume) Susanna Lie who is the new Manager of the MPC.

Kester Yim is a good man, who was always there to help sort things out. And I wish him the best of luck in his career journey. Miss Lie will have a high bar to keep up with. :-:

Her surname is LIE not LEE.

Try the standard email address with the LIE spelling and it should work fine.

Thanks for the correction on the spelling of her name!

I agree wholeheartedly - Kester set the bar high.

Does anyone know where he went? Is he with another airline?
