Cathay Pacific Asia Miles - Advice on SIN-HKG RT fares

I'm hoping some Singapore based FTers who fly CX may be able to help me.

My father and I are looking to fly SIN-HKG return in economy on CX in March '06. My preference is to fly CX as I'm OW Sapphire and therefore have access to The Wing.

My knowledge of websites in Singapore is limited, but so far I've checked both the CX website and zuji's Singapore site, and the only fares I can find are B class fares for around SG$1940 each. MH and SQ are showing fares of SG$400 for the same period. It seems a huge difference, so am I right to assume CX are yet to release their cheaper inventories? If so, when would you expect them to release the cheaper seats?

Or, is there somewhere else I should be looking?

Any advice would be greatly appreciated.

What about cathaypacific.com and click on "Singapore" site on the upper-right corner??


They have promotion of SG$ 308, but dont know when you are exactly going, but you can check it out, usually have some deal there on their site.

I think when I first checked the CX website it was the HK site, and as you point out, the Singapore site does have some better deals. At the moment they are only up to December 31, but I'll keep an eye out for March.

As mentioned by others, check out CX's SG site as well as misa travel. MISA is pretty good. I purchased two tickets from them SIN-HKG-BJS-HKG-SIN. Great service.
