Not on FlyerTalk -- that's against the terms.
You'd have to check on Independence's rules, but I'd bet they'd mind if you sold it through an online method. Your better method may be to contact a friend that is local to an airport they still serve and trade with them or plan a trip from either PIT, CMH or DTW if that happens to work for your plans.

Usually airlines prohibit outright selling. You might want to make a trade on coupon connection with another flyertalk member if the coupon if fully transferable.
