Starwood Preferred Guest - SPG 50 Certificate

When I recieved my card last month I didn't recieve my certificate. I thought they were susposed to come together? Who would I have to call to get it AMEX or Starwood?

Call SPG.

Had the same situation.Call SPG and let them know and have them order an AX 50 off your acct.(no charge) same as a SPG 50.Got mine just today after calling 2 weeks ago.

Based on the advice I received on this site about a year ago, I called the desk mentioned by William Sanders, and was assured that they would be on the way. A couple of months later nothing happened, but the *wood *, William Sanders followed up and made sure they were sent. He also notified me that although the agent had listed me for the cert, she had forgot to click the "send" button.

Its about time that I check on my 2005 cert, as I have found them useful on some international properties.

Do I understand correctly that the cert(s) are sent out each year if one has the Amex *W card?

You're supposed to get one every year right after you renew.
