Am about to travel to HKG for the first time next month. My CX flight is due to arrive around 10:30PM. Would like to know the best way to get into Central Hong Kong (Admiralty area - JW Marriott to be exact). I see that you can take the Airport Express to Hong Kong Station - which seems to be the fastest, easiest and cheapest way to go. However, due to the projected arrival time into HKG, the wait for luggage, the time needed to clear Customs, buy the ticket for the Airport Express plus the travel time into the city - the hotel shuttle busses will have long stopped for the night. Are there any suggestions for travelling late at night? Are cabs easy to get at Hong Kong Station at night? Any directions and assistance is appreciated

You won't have problem finding a cab. Short ride to the JW Marriott from Hong Kong station.

Cabs are easy to catch at Airport Express station. A taxi ride to the J.W. also isn't that expensive. If you like, you can buy an airport express ticket onboard CX, if they have stock. But buying one at the airport isn't that time-consuming as well.

You can also take advantage of this voucher from CX for a substantial discount on Airport Express:
