Okay, maybe I shouldn't be posting this. There's probably a bunch of good deals using the Rockford rebate deals (http://www.flyrfd.com). But this one seemed especially sweet, because Turkey is such an interesting and exotic location. So, here's the deal I found:
$628 all-in for RFD-DTW-ATL-AMS-IST (11/22-12/7)
-$100 using e-cert
-$200 for rebate
---------------------
$328 (this is just asking for a bump ecv :) )
Toss in a GE bonus, and you get $.012 CPM
With a PE bonus, it's pretty close to $.01 CPM
But the best part of it is that you get to see Turkey, one of the coolest countries in the world. And supercheap to boot!
Also don't forget that the visa fee for Turkey dropped from $100 to $20 (thank god for that!)

Ugh, finally. I think I've been nailed for over $300 by the Turkish gov't.

Careful there. I read that the $100 visa fee was simply a response to the rise of processing fees for Turkish citizens to visit the US (post 9/11). The fees are usually reciprocal. So, you might want to replace Turkish with US in your statement.

Where do you get the visa from? I've never been to a country that requires a visa.
I can't do as well as you -- I only have a $50 certificate. But it's very tempting anyway.

Turkey used to have a visa on arrival reciprocity fee for Americans of $100. It's now $20 or so for up to 3 months and is still given on arrival upon payment at IST airport.

The PD Certificates are discounts offered by NWA ranging from $25-$100 off based upon the fare. In this case it would offer the max.
CC is Coupon Connection which can be accessed through the Community Forum. I am not current on the requirements to access and post though. The last I heard it required 100 posts. A great forum to exchange permitted travel items.
PD certs can be found on CC and can also be found on eBay.

Nice fare to Athens and Osaka also available!
Most NWA fares from RFD fares are also eligible for PD discounts as well. Knock off another $100 from the fare!

RFD to Paris has dropped again. As low as $207 after the $200 rebate. Since it's a promo fare, I don't think you can use any certs with it.

It has nothing to do with NW. Certs are fine.

The discount e-certs cannot be used on most promo fares - it is a restriction of the e-cert, not the RFD promotion.
