Starwood Preferred Guest - Hurricane waiver for WDW S/D Hotels this weekend?

Staying at the Swan this weekend and am very concerned about the projected path of Wilma.
Five days out, the Swan/Dolphin took a 1 nights deposit, as I believe all WDW hotels do. William or anyone else know of what the Swan/Dolphin will do if the hurricane does indeed follow its projected path into Florida? Are weather waivers issued for change/cancellation or will I be SOL on that first night's deposit?
Any help is appreciated!

This probably will not be decided for a few more days. If it were me, I would call Corporate Customer Service and have them run it by the hotel. 800-328-6242.

Thanks William for the guidance.
Spoke to Yvonne (who was amazing, BTW) at Corp. Customer service who got in touch with the Swan. They said that if and when Orlando gets placed under a severe weather watch, that'll be when they'll begin issuing weather waivers. Otherwise, the cancellation fee will still be in place.
Just the risk you take for booking a trip to the SE, I suppose.

All the airlines (except for Delta) have issued weather waivers for Orlando. Hilton hotels are refunding non-refundable room rates in Orlando...
But, the Swan and Dolphin have still yet to issue any sort of waiver in lieu of Hurricane Wilma.
With the hotel packed solid for the days I'm there, I'd say this is poor policy. A big :td: to the Swan/Dolphin Hotels.

I would find it unconscienable that they would not waive the fee at this point. If you are making plans to leave right now for safety purposes, it would be nothing less than horrific that the resort would not support a safety-based decision. By the way, there is no reason to think that, at best, Tampa and Orlando won't be miserable this weekend. I'm praying that ruined trips are the worst-case scenario. Gotta go get gasoline now. Greetings from South Florida! Be safe everyone.
