Hertz - Getting a CDP for underage driving?

I almost have the gold bussiness down pat, so now for my next question:

Is there any corporate account that I can get onto that will waive the underage fee? I am 21.

I remember seeing somewhere about the american bar association (or somethnig like that) but that required an associate membership for ~$150 is there anything else out there for less (or dare i hope: free)

Also would there be differences in regard to the underage if i rent from jfk or new jersey?

American Bar Association - rents from 21 and up

I had to use it for the past 2 years before I was 25 - it works. You don't have to be a lawyer either, just say you're studying law or a struggling paralegal *IF* they ask. And they might not even ask.

But it successfully lets you rent. The agents won't believe it, but they have to let you rent.
