Hertz - Question about corporate rentals and points

I tried searching for an answer to my question and didn't find one, so I apologize if this is a repeat question:

My company has a corporate account with Hertz and uses them exclusively when they rent cars for me. I currently give my frequent flyer number at the counter to get airline credits but was wondering if there are any other points I can get. I ask because we used to rent from Budget, where I would get points for free rentals but I don't think our current account allows employees to get points at all  :td: .

If there is a way to get points, what do you think would be the best option? Points or miles? I guess ff miles would be best for short rentals and points for longer rentals.

There are currently promotions, such as Marriott, where you get 1000 points per rental. If you can't find one of these for your circumstances, the ZE points are preferable.

I always take Southwest credits as they add up to a free flight far faster than miles on other carriers.

That's what I've been doing. I was just looking for more ways to squeeze points from The Man. :D
