Hertz - 3 Day Midweek Rental

I'm planning for three days rental next week (Mon-Thursday) at SBA (Santa Barbara). The lowest I found was 42.29/day via AAA CDP. That's seemed expensive. Are there any CDP provides better discounts? Btw, both the brand and the size do not matter to me.
