Hertz - Rent a car Wed - Mon and cannot use a PC

All the Promo codes are for weekly or weekend rental - and my Wed-Mon will not qualify for any of the promos. Any ideas?

Try a different one, since surely Wed-Mon (5 days) might even be 6 depending on PU / DO times.

That would be a Weekly rental.

Or split into two rentals if possible for you -- We - Th as a daily and then Th - Mo as a weekend rental.
