MilesBuzz! - What is wrong with www.frequentflyer.net ???

My apologies if I posted this in the wrong forum but I have unfortunately failed to locate a simliar topic in another forum due to the vast number of different forums.

I have been unable to gain access to my mailbox in the Frequentflyer.net mailbox? If there is another topic on this then could someone kindly point me to the right link? If not then is there a good reason as to why someone is blocked from using his/her mailbox for the past 7 days?

I emailed about this last week and received this response:

MileMail is down and we're not sure why. Critical Path is the supplier of the technology for this and while we are aware they are having their problems, we're currently working with them to get this resolved. We use it too, so you know we're not sitting on it. We're really very sorry. But it seems to be only a temporary problem as we've had no problems in the past.

It seems that our MileMail is back Online and working well as we speak. Let's hope that it will remain the same way for the forseeable future.
