I have been 5* for three years, but all of a sudden my cars are waiting for me in the President's circle, they are always full size or SUV (which I really don't want). I recieved nothing from Hertz, do they even notify?

A couple of years in a row I did not receive the package until I called them up to ask what was going on even though I had rented over 100 times each for two consecutive years. prashok Sep 30, 05, 1:22 pm Are you renting at the same location? I've been renting at DFW every week since April, and even before I qualified for PC, they started putting my cars in the PC line after a few months. My 5* reservation was waiting in the PC area at OAK on Saturday. It just happens once in a while. (BTW, a brand new Ford 500, 6 miles.) |
