There's a flight from FLL to NAS (Nassau, Bahamas) that has a USAir flight
number and is ticketed as a USAir flight but actually is on a Bahamasair plane.
(flight 8657.)

Can I get airpoints for this?

I have earned Airpoints on a Lufthansa Regional flight that was actually operated by Eurowings. The flight only carried the LH flight number but marked with a codeshare sign. I suggest you check the downloadable Star Alliance timetable. If your flight is on the timetable, you probably will earn Airpoints.

I wouldnt take that as precedent. IIRC Eurowings, Cimber, etc are part of the Lufthansa Group (kinda like Air Nelson, Eagle Air and Mount Cook are part of Air NZ). I dont know how (if any) Bahamasair is related to US Air.

You are right. The Eurowings flight I took had only the LH flight number although considered as a codeshare flight, kinda like Air NZ Link, only Eurowings had a livery of its own and an obvious brand identity. If the the Bahamasair flight had a second flight number other than the US number then I think it wouldn't be able to earn miles in the Star network.
