America West FlightFund (Pre-2005 US Airways merger) - New Award Chart - Is 15,000 Mile Award Gone 10/5?

http://www.usairwaysinfo.com/usair/content/frequent-flyer/redeeming-miles.aspx seems to have the new award chart effective 10/5 (wording is: "Effective October 5, 2005, Dividend Miles members can redeem on America West, and FlightFund members can redeem on US Airways. The two programs will have a common award chart, shown below.")

The HP website still has the current award chart with the 15,000 mile award.

So, what does that mean for the HP 15,000 mile awards? Is it gone as of 10/5? Are existing miles grand-fathered?

Thanks.

15k gone, as is US's 20k award:

In order to be able to provide members with the greatest number of
award seats possible, and also due to the merged airline's expanded
route network, the America West short-haul award and the USAirways.com
awards have been replaced by a single, worldwide redemption chart with
travel beginning at 25,000 miles.

oh well, at least the First-class increase to 55,000 has been rescinded...

As martin33 said, the 15K short haul award is gone, as was addressed in this thread. (http://www.flyertalk.com/forum/showthread.php?t=476513) To keep the discussion of changes focused there, I'll close this thread.
