Is it permited to use discount coupons,CDP numbers, that are sent to other people & not you? @:-)

I used two free day rental coupons this weekend; I noticed that one had my #1 Gold number printed on it, but the other did not.

The one that didn't have my Gold number printed on it sure looked transferable, but I'm not sure what the small print on the back says.
