What coverage does Hertz sell? This is for my 25-yrs-old niece who doesn't own a car. She also does not have any credit cards that have any car rental coverage.

Just do a thorough search of Hertz.com.

It's a pretty good site, and they do list what type of coverages they sell.

It's under Requirements and Qualifications.

You do need to specify location.
