OK, the three balimas are flying ORD - CLT - PUJ in two weeks. We are flying on award tickets bought with UA miles thru UA. Flying X class. Been looking thru threads as to possiblities and ways to upgrade. I read in a few threads about premier vs standard awards. What type of award would we be flying since we purchased with 35,000 each thru UA. Another thread spoke of the possiblility of upgrading by asking GA? Any special way to approach? I did sign all of us up with US, thought the FF numbers would look better on BP. Or will our UA Numbers appear on BP? Are upgrades possible in this scenerio?
Please be kind. I have searched the USAirways threads and it seems it might be possible, but don't know the ways of US in order to increase chances. :cool:
